Background Information
Different factors have contributed to endangering the female workers lives in different industries. Men in most industries act out of superiority complex and end up endangering women's lives in the job market. This issue's root problem was the poor employment guidelines that were not giving women the same employment opportunities as men. The previous guidelines promoted sexual coercion, which encouraged women in the job market to give out sexual favours to get jobs that are considered unethical. Poor employment guidelines deployed within an organization also brings about increased cases of gender harassment within the organization.
Statement of the problem
More women in our societies have been empowered and are now being absorbed in different fields in the job market to ensure gender parity within our work stations. Gender parity aims at ensuring a productive relationship between male and female employees within the work station. This initiative also aimed at doing away with the narrative that employment opportunities are majorly reserved for male individuals. However, the initiative has brought about so many conflicts between the two genders at the work station. Most male individuals feel challenged and threatened by highly productive women in the same industry.
