I have worked in numerous groups and found out that many factors attribute to group success and sustainability. One of the factors is behaviours; in this sense, some team members do not possess effective socialization technique that makes the teamwork effective. Working in this team has opened up my mind about my socialization behaviors and meeting the team's objectives. Based on Algarni, (2019), socialization is the process that an individual gets the cultural content together and personality. According to Ameliawati and Setiyani (2018), socialization is a process of internalizing the group norms that are unique to individuals. Group socialization is the process whereby initial nature is changed to human nature and the individual to a person.
