Introduction
Politics is at the core of every collective social activity that is undertaken in both formal and informal institutions. Every social group within society experiences some element of politics (Garner, Ferdinand and Lawson, 2018). In essence, politics affects almost every aspect of human life, including operations of the private and the public sector. The study aims to find out to what extent that politics affects all aspects within an economic front. Equally, the research seeks to answer the question, “to what extent does politics get involved in all social activities?” The topic of discussion is essential in society as it enlightens many on the importance of right political practices for prosperity. Sectors of the economy that are affected significantly by politics include education, health, leadership and governance, religion and the economy in general, among others (Hague, Harrop and McCormick, 2019). The paper explores the extremity of politics affecting various sectors within society.
