When it comes to the self-reflection exercises, they go a long way towards making sure that how one gets to learn from some of the different experiences and how they tend to shape up their personality. In that respect, the given survey and the exercise that followed provided a good opportunity with respect to how the self-reflection and what are some of the areas that are needed to be improved at my end when it comes to being a better leader and more important a better person. One of the things that stood out for me was that how I had this tendency to take control of the situation and tend to thrive in such situation.

The exercise and most of the questions that were being looked at were about how one is supposed to manage a conflict in a group situation and allow people to take care of the unfavorable situation. In some ways, it shows that how the mettle of the leader is tested in a situation when they are faced with the outcome which is not going to be favorable for them in the long run.
