The concept of diversity encompasses respect and acceptance (Young et.al, 2014). It means understanding that everyone is unique and recognizes individual differences (Rodríguez 2016). These can be along the dimensions of gender, ethnicity, political belief, physical disability, socioeconomic status, sexual orientation, race, political beliefs, religious beliefs, and other ideologies.
Inclusion is a term often used to refer to disability rights’, it advocates for the equity among individual (Bredekamp 2016). Individuals should accommodate people with disabilities. However, the concept of inclusion advocates for universal design for policy-oriented physical accessibility issues, for instance, removal of all physical barriers for smooth movement, and easy use of physical structures.
Universal rights of children are doctored under the Declaration of the Rights of the Child (Young et.al, 2014). Universal children rights are defined as the right of a child for special care and protection, non-discrimination, the right to survival, and the rights to respect and consider child interest. The universal definition of the child rights is a contentious subject in the law school of thought. Consequently, the content of Declaration of the child rights recognizes the universality of a child as a human being who is developmentally, physically, socially, spiritually with dignity and freedom.

Right for care: at the age of 3 to 8-years, children need a lot of care. They need to be protected by their educators. For instance, according to the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child, children need should be catered for in day care, kindergarten, and nursery among others.
Rights to learn in the classroom: every child has the right to participate in the classroom. It’s evident that most of the children at this stage are eager to learn more; hence educators are required to honor the rights of every child in a classroom.
Right to play: every child is entitled to play, for instance at these tender age children are much playful thus educators need to respect and accept children to play. According to psychologists, allowing children to play helps in cognitive development.

The first step: Teachers must value diversity; respecting and accepting differences regarding different cultural customs and background, different tradition and values, and different ways of communication.
Second step: cultural self-awareness is crucial cultural competence skills that teachers must go through. Self-awareness includes personal knowledge, experience, skills, values, interest, and beliefs. These factors shape teachers sense of school, society, community, who they are and their position in families.
Third step: The Dynamic difference is a step which teachers are required to acquire to be culturally competent. Dynamic difference entails understanding what can happen unexpectedly in the cross-cultural communication and how teachers can respond to the situation.

Families’ perspective on education in the current world is positive towards enriching their student with knowledge (Wohlwend 2015). Moreover, there are some circumstances where families view access to education on gender biases especially in the Middle East, for instance, girl child access to education has never been prioritized in Afghanistan.
