The author of the article explains the existing theory of attraction. The paper intends the reader to understand why people feel attracted to others and not to others. The information is something that we continuously practice in our daily life, but we have no knowledge that it existed. Why we tend to like a beautiful place, why we are attracted to beautiful girls or handsome guy, the article reveals the reason through the theories. A relationship is an essential part of human life. Human beings are social beings and cannot exist without forming a different connection, for example, family, friends, romance and so on. Theories that explain why people attract each other try to specify the conditions that people like, and in some cases, why they love each other. Why people attract or get attracted to is a give and take a process that involves not only the person being attracted but also the person being attracted. People forming relationships is vital to their social existence. The personal accounts of those who have been forced to get isolated for a long time are a reminder that people depend on others, and research suggests that close relationships are the essential ingredient in a happy and meaningful life. The article states that questions dealing with people attraction are very basic in social psychology, and all theories of interpersonal attraction have an everyday basis of reinforcement.
