Jesus' service on earth is to be a model of church worship. This affected all types of people, regardless of their socioeconomic and religious status. Jesus thought that everything was created in God's image and did everything possible to make everyone a state. He made a unique way of reaching marginalized, undervalued, abandoned, and considered useless by society. The purpose of the proposal is to critically evaluate the current ministry of the Church in general (Bittner, 2018). The objective of the study is to develop, evaluate and implement an educational element that formulates the Church as well as the Executive Committee of the Ministry of Children to engage and teach children in Church with disabilities, especially with an emphasis on autism spectrum disorder techniques, by means of adapted teaching approaches as well as expanded approaches in communication that form an atmosphere in which families can be involvement teachings about the coaching of God's love.
Participatory service enables, strengthens, and engages everyone to in worship community regardless of their abilities. This is due to the belief that God created us in his image, just as he was respected. As stated in (Gen 1:26), let’s create a man in our image. God's image is best reflected in society. Together we declare Luke 4:18-21, declaring the year of the Lord’s kindness to everyone.
Participatory work is not a program. It is not a question of creating a particular category or a separate ministry or identifying persons with disabilities as a stalemate in the ministry. This can be summarized in the ministry's motto with persons with disabilities, unlike the Ministry of Disability. It opens the door of the Church so that persons with disabilities can participate fully in Christ, as stated by Paul in 1 Corinthians 12:22 (NLT). We are all looking for a place to belong, be valued, feel, and be known (Eiesland, 2017).
A potential challenge for churches is the wide range of existing physical and cognitive skills. First, the ministry's integration approach is much more effective than the program-oriented approach. The principles of participatory services are not limited to an elementary school class or specialized programs but are formative for all Church available services and ministries. We do not want to create a program that deals with disability, but a service that is loved and appreciated by all God (Bellon and Monica, 2016).
