Cyber laws or internet laws refer to legal issues which are directly or indirectly related to the use of the internet and cyber. Cyber laws guide the public how to positively use and also get internet connectivity. Abusing use of cyber gives birth to issues among the different levels of user.
There are emerging trends involving cyber law in today’s world which is as a result percentage of people using the internet being high. Among issues which are as a result of this is use of social networking for advertising which if badly used can lead to costly criminal charges against individuals or companies. Social networks have become common and have many users around the world and this is the reason as to why advertisers have opted to use the social networks to advertise their products and services.
Secondly cyber torts is said to be among the latest and most complicated trouble maker in the cyber world. Cyber torts can be defined as unlawful acts where a computer is being used. The computer might at some instance be target in unlawful acts such as unauthorized access to computer system, networks, stealing of information or rather physically destroying the computer.
