Advantages and disadvantages of computers
Computers are devices that execute calculations and perform operations guided by instructions from a hardware or software program. It integrates components of both software and hardware to offer solutions to problems and execute applications. Computers have numerous advantages to the society which includes: Entertainment, in this field the continued innovation and improvement of computers has opened limitless opportunities for entertainment to the society such as watching of movies, keeping in touch with family and friends from comfort of their homes, playing of video games, web browsing and listening to all kinds of music (Srinivas, 2016).
Computers have made communication convenient and effective in terms of cost and time to pass information from one person to another, from one firm to another and even from one country to another. Unlike the old days where one had to physically meet or send a messenger to deliver information. Methods which led to the deliverance of biased information causing unnecessary misunderstanding between the involved parties.
