Introduction
The basic function of ERP is based on the ability to use the resources within the data warehouse by the data miners and system explorers. The data stored in the system is not only meant for the organizational staff but also the general public so that they may get response to their demand with respect to the organization. However, there is critical information that should be meant for the organization alone, such data are secured through a series of authentication process so that the data content is not compromised by the system intruders.
ERP System Administration and Development
In order to enhance easy access to data in the warehouse, the respective system administrators and developers work together in order to enhance access to relevant information at every level of the organization. Data is historical, well organized, integrated and cleansed so that all users are able to obtain only the relevant information they require appropriately (Brook, 2009).
However, it is adept to reiterate that data warehouse as an architecture is essential in maintaining critical data (historical information) extracted from the daily operational information storage system, then transform and store the respective information in a format that can be accessed by the organization’s management, clients, customers and stakeholders among other interested personality (Injazz, 2001, & Inmon, 2002).

However, on the ease of use, the company / organization with a few items to be displayed derive high traffic and as well chances of performance compared to the organizations that have a series of activities to be embedded within the software system (Noonan, 2000, & Oracle, 2009).
In the practical scenario most of the organizations prefer to implement the ERP software as an “integrated suite” in order to automate their core corporate activities so that the corporate managers would work within a common platform to enhance accomplishment of the enterprise’s functionalities (Anderson, 2009). The definition of the ERP is based on the organization’s objective, although most of the organizations that prefer to use the software ar...
