Wall painting is a form of designing art directly applied to surfaces of a building, canvas, paper or other materials related to architectural surfaces in the modern building. With the basic forms of wall painting such as oil painting, fresco, distemper, encaustic and tempera as part of monumental art in the wall painting industry. Wall paintings consist of layers, which include the support layer, onto which wall paint is applied to, a substrate layer, is applied directly to the support layer such as plaster to give a complete surface for painting. In addition, the paint layer is applied in a single layer or succession of layers including added materials such as a metal leaf. Paint layer consists of natural and manufactured pigments that are mixed with binding media and can be oil-based, water-based or glue made. For instance, Paleolithic and petroglyphs cave drawings are the earliest wall paintings of the first millennia, which depicted battles, religious and genre scenes, common in ancient Greek, China and Egypt.
