Executive summary
Ethical practices are very essential in any particular setting, especially in business. For an entity to run smoothly, efficiently and effectively, it has to be in accordance with the theories of normality which include Utilitarian, Kantian as well as virtue Theories. These ethical theories are the root cause of morality, virtuous intentions as well as good-will that drives one to do what is right all the times. They hold the part of the analysis in this case study and are well analyzed and explained in accordance with the case scenario at hand. Various philosophers who came up with the theories form part of the study together with the role and responsibility they played.
Additionally, Part of analysis holds the salience model that encompass power, legitimacy as well as urgency. These three parameters form the concepts of stakeholders and guarantee their role in a certain project setting. They determine the salience of the stakeholders and help distinguish them on who is more salient than the other which in turn affects the final outcome. Also part of the exploration will highlight other issues related to the case. One of them is Rawl's theory of justice that entails fairness among people. Lastly discussed is the veil of ignorance, a law that subjects everyone to equality and scenarios in the case that has gone in accordance and in contrary to the rule.

Introduction
Virtuous behaviour reflects good morals which are very essential in maintaining discipline in the society. Greed is a destructive phenomenon that can ruin the growth and development of a nation as revenues go to specific pockets of very powerful individuals. These morons can, in turn, be the root cause of the down-fall of a country as a result of mere negligence on ways to improve it where necessary, as is evidence in Venice. These persons lack morals and their behaviours are unethically driven by self-indulgence and selflessness. In that regard, this discussion will summarize the main players' action in relation to the normative theories of the behaviour portrayed by the key violators in the small city of Venice.
