In an organization, the organizational change is referred to as the process at which the structure, technologies, operational methods, culture or strategies are changed by the organization. In society, there are power differences, which leads to variation of the culture between different organizations. Power-sharing within the organization is not allowed in the large power distance countries. Therefore, the top leaders of the organization are responsible in coming up with decision that the employees in the lower level are supposed to follow. The employees have no power to question any decision that is made by the top leaders in the organization. In the countries with high power distance, the superior leaders in the company makes the decision without involvement of the members of the organization from lower levels and the both individuals, with or without powers are expected to obey the decision made without a sense of doubt. In these countries, power sharing, which is behavioral interventions, is taken by existing leaders with a lot of suspicion. On the other hand, in low power distance cultures, the power sharing is acceptable and it is implemented in regards to the cultures values.[Rarick, Charles A.
