Coffee is one of the common products among youngsters in all over the world and people living in Sultanate are adopting this culture of using different kinds of coffees. The current project is one of the kinds of coffee shop located in the Muscat, Sultanate of Oman. The coffee shop will be sole ownership and it will be started with the capital of 60000 Omani Riyal. This Coffee shop is a gourmet coffee environment that is considerably calmer and civilized than fast food or commercial coffee establishments. There will be no screens in the restaurant, the music played in the background will be soft, and local artists work will be displayed as decor. Main people involved is the owner of the coffee shop, front line manager, marketing person, 3 waiters, 1 chief cook and 2 assistant cooks. The concept of this business idea is based on giving different coffee experience is given to customers. It means customers can choose from coffee options other than conventional kinds of coffee like lattee, cappuccino and so on. Besides this, they can sit for hours without any disturbance in a calm and relaxing environment. To complete the meal, a variety of breakfast and snacks options will be provided. The company would provide a high-quality product at the reasonable price, giving customers satisfying experiences. The store will provide healthy nutritional options as well and enabling them to consumer healthier snacks based on their likeness. The organization will provide unique products as compared to existing restaurant chains in Oman like Starbucks, McDonalds, and Filli Café and many others. The things that this company is providing to customers is some different coffees and they can choose snacks and food items from long menu that will be generated based on the nutritional values and content of the general population. Given the current trend among young people they prefer to eat on the premises of restaurant rather than come and go with them. Accordingly, the organization strives to provide a unique interior space that increases their comfort and enables them to sit and work for hours together. The organization will target individuals of various ages and almost every background including income group, professional and so on. The revenue source of the organization will be through selling of quality products to consumers. The cost to the company includes the purchase of raw materials needed to manufacture the products. The company will use a variety of other methods to promote its services and products to customers. The marketing plan includes the methods used to communicate with the target customers about the company's offer. In order to offer tough competition to competitors, the company will constantly improve the quality of this service in line with customer feedback.
Business Objectives and Goals
It is important to note that every business organization around the world have its own goals and objectives that make them aware that what at least they are required to achieve. Following are the objectives of the coffee shop:
* To rise revenues 25000 Omani Riyal or 5 percent in year two and by 51000 Omani Riyal or 10 percent by third year
* To become one of the best coffee stop in the Sultanate of Oman, developing greater uniqueness in the eyes of customers with professional and high quality service.
* Achieve a margin of profit of 5.2 percent in year two and 6.90 percent by year 3
