Personal Strategy for Project Engineer in Oman
To be a good project engineer, effective leadership skills are indispensable. Project management entails managing both resources and people. I need to perfect my leadership skills to understand strategies of managing teams through setting a mission and vision of the projects. I would need to sharpen my communication skills to enable easy and cordial relationships with team members.
I need to adopt effective negotiation tools that would work well with both the project sponsors and working teams. I would develop proper negotiation skills to create an environment conducive and satisfactory to every stakeholder. Effective negotiation skills are imperative as it seeks to resolve forms of conflicts by proposing and initiating a win-win scenario for everyone. Before any project commences, scheduling is an important part of project management.
