Crisis management is an essential process for any institution. The operation is even more crucial for multinational organizations such as FrostAir, which directly provides services to several consumers around the world. An effective crisis management plan should encompass proper coordination of the organization’s three main structures: Strategic Direction (Gold); multi-function control of the crisis (Silver), and special teams, deployed as required (Bronze). The three teams have to work together for an effective crisis management process. The Bronze teams are the members who will be on-site to manage the crisis. This team will include several members from the operations, team, the environment, the human resource, the legal, the communications, the logistics, the community affairs, and the security team.
