Coaching Report
The main part of the coaching process is the implementation stage. Implementation refers to taking the right course of action to ensure that the goals and objectives of the coaching process are attained (Garvey et al., 2017). In the report, the focus will be based on the success and failure of the coaching process, with the first coach focusing on the team members who effectively work well in a team while the other embracing an employee not able to meet the organizational performance target. In other words, there are key ideas which the report revolves around, team development and organizational performance. The report will be completed by evaluating the overall implementation, noting the challenges, and providing specific recommendations which can be utilized to ensure higher organizational growth.
Outcomes of the monitoring activities
Based on the outcomes, it was identified that the two coaches adhered to specific requirements as established in the training sessions. They adequately upheld a high level of confidentiality, privacy, and copyright. The coaching session was guided based on the identified legal compliance. One of the major outcomes noted in the coaching process is the development of substantial team skills. It should be noted that team skills play an essential role in organizational growth. It is through team commitment that the organizational goals are achieved. Team development is also necessary for enhancing high expectations in the organization. The first coach heavily focused on specific parameters to ensure that higher performance is promoted.
Other than team development, a major outcome noted is the focus on improving and attaining higher organizational performance standards. It should be noted that higher organizational growth should be intensified in the organization since it determines the general operational requirement for the organization (MacLennan, 2017). With higher performance, more profits are generated, enabling the organization to take care of activities such as salaries and wages. The second coach effectively emphasized the need to improve the organizational performance through advocating the SMART goals such as leadership skill acquisition, a specified strategic direction, and adherence to the organizational regulation.
