Preventive health programs are modes of nursing and medical care provision that concentrate mostly on preventing diseases and offering health support. They take account timely treatment of disease, detection, and early location of people who are at risk of developing certain complications, psychotherapy, and other essential intervention methodologies to prevent a health problem. These organizations found it is crucial to clearly defined what they wanted to accomplish. They have outlined the aims, challenges and how to overcome such challenges. The work plan enable them work effectively and couples them with ability to come up with a budget for expenses that are to be incurred in any of their operations. They put emphasis on following up of the work plan as a strategy to achieving their goals (Ko, Dollinger, & Rosenbaum, 2008).
Secondly, there is use heavy implementation of functional infrastructure for quality improvement. The aforementioned organizations found that improvement in work needs a systematic approach to analyzing performance, testing changes, and keeping track of the impact of those changes over time.
