More notably, some of the educational systems have argued against the statement as others have opposed. For instance, those opposing have argued that the teacher and the child are the ones who should have a say towards the education requirements of the child. They have argued that the teacher is the one who needs to understand the child more as they will stay for a long time with the child. Besides, the child is the one who will study, and therefore, they have a say towards where they want to study despite the education level. On the other hand, parents should be given room to know their children. Thus, the aspect of giving the teacher more room before the parent is not advisable. In this essay, I will use literature sources from psychology of education to bring out my argument. Thus, I will look at the benefits of parents a say and teachers and the state having.
