Dear Sir,
Reference: Switchover to Zip Stitching using 3D Print Technology Project
During the month of March, 2020, I was designated to review the manufacturing processes relating to Zip Stitches. The Board of Directors wished me to focus on an alternative, economical and foster manufacturing of Zip Stitching to gain greater overall economies of large scale zip stitch production. Thus, Laboratory Tests were carried out to explore the potential and benefits using Zip Stitching( 3D Printing) which finds favor in many areas of mass product production
My findings establish, beyond an iota of doubt, that 3D Printing is more appropriate technology for manufacturing and production of Zip Stitches. The installation and future utilization of 3D Printing is fully compatible with accurate and optimized Prototype and could significantly help accelerate future Product Development Schemes and Innovative Design implementation strategies in future, especially when it is guided and supervised by an Expert 3D professional from start to finish.
I enclose herewith a comprehensive and conclusive Report on my technical findings associated with this project.
Looking forward to your favorable response,
Cordially

Conclusion, Recommendations and Limitations
1 Conclusion
The main deliberations in this dissertative treatise has been to identify, offer, analyze, investigate and offer well-established conclusions relating to technical, commercial, economic, sociological, financial and environmental impacts surrounding the proposed newly-installed method of 3-D Printing Technology for the Capacity utilization, Research and Development, Manufacturing Processes, Quality Control, Inventory Management, Marketing, Distribution and Selling, Advertising, Sales Promotion and Business Development, Environmental factors, Sociological factors and finally Feedback and Recommendations for improvements and innovative creativity in 3-D Printing Technology-enabled Zip Stitches, using evolving Technology uses.
While there are indeed benefits, advantages and gains as well as drawbacks and shortcomings on the proposed schema, the findings that emerge in drawing-board studies, laboratory experiments as well as Pilot Empirical studies have provided enough impetus to actively pursue, sustain and eventually, integrate all aspects of 3-D Printing Technology for the Manufacture of Zip Stitches, even to the extent of modernizing the current manufacturing unit, in terms of machinery, personnel, production processes, inventory, logistics and distribution.
While plans may be afloat, it is important to have Planning forecast on Production Planning, including economic factors, materials, man power, energy inputs, and other infra-structural architectural aspects, which could either be an asset, or otherwise, a threat to the induction and ultimate utilization of Zip Stitches( 3D Printing). This is because the working environment with Zip Stitches (3D Printing) is much more demanding and challenging than that found in conventional Zip Stitches, especially need for expert CAM Operators, Designers, Printer operators and technical personnel well-versed with the deigning, operating architectural and integration of protypes with final outputs with perfection and without defects, or processing flaws.
Indeed, one of the most utmost selling points of Zip Stitches( 3D Printing), apparently its one step manufacturing pr...
