She effectively demonstrates that entrepreneurship is an art that requires hard work, dedication, and foresight in regard to the specific area of interest. Customer Experience with a Service
Customers play an important role in supporting the overall actualization of commercial ventures in markets. They form the basis on which businesses operate and present their products and services in the market. Customer participation accentuates the overall essence and rationale for investing in a specific area of interest within a market segment (Aulet 65). Customer satisfaction is a crucial component in regard to realization and sustenance of profitability in the market. It is necessary for commercial entities to understand the relevance of customer satisfaction in their daily undertakings. This analysis shall analyze a personal experience about a good customer service encounter and a poor customer service encounter. My good customer service encounter occurred during my visit to Walmart. I had gone to the store to purchase some household utility goods. When I entered the store, i was greeted by a jovial attendant who seemed eager to serve and offer help if necessary. We exchanged pleasantries with the attendant, after which I proceeded to do my shopping. My expectations were fully met because I expected the attendant to instil confidence in the customer. In fact, the attendant gave me a good reason to return to the store at a future date. The quality of service was excellent because it embodied all the basic areas that characterize such undertakings in the business world. This experience sufficed as my best experience because it is rare to find attendants who are full of life and vigour.
My worst customer service experience occurred during my visit to a fast food outlet. I noticed that something was wrong the moment I approached the attendant in order to place my order. The attendant was not jovial and actually exhibited a general lack of interest in offering service to me. To make matters worse, the attendant did not respond to my greeting, a pointer to his disillusionment and lack of courtesy. This effectively prompted me to doubt his validity and qualification as a customer care attendant. Attendants should always add value to the experience with the customer. They should spice up the experience by engaging in constructive discourse that can keep the customer interested in regarding to their shopping experience (Aulet 74). The experience did not meet my expectations because I expected superior service and the overall desire to offer service to the customer. In terms of performance, the service was below average and did not qualify as being a pleasurable experience. This experience qualified as my worst customer service experience because I have never witnessed such negative response in regard to customer service. Such encounters should not happen to business entities that seek to consolidate the market through delivery of service to customers. This experience should serve as an example of how businesses should not treat their customers.
Summary of Environmental Impact
Environmental impact analysis seeks to gain understanding on how a new product in the market will affect the environmental wellbeing of its locality. Environmental assessment should cover pertinent aspects of environment such as sustainability and ability to withstand negative outcomes that emanate from establishment of commercial entities in a locality. The modern world is increasingly experiencing negative effects on the ecosystem. The role of businesses is to contribute towards environmental sustainability and propagation at all times. Therefore, it is not recommended to support business entities that do not uphold the aforementioned aspects of environmental aspirations in society (Miner 89). A god product should consider the expected outcomes from its launch and sustenance in the market. ...
