The purpose of this study is to identify and determine the suitability on an organization leader to effect change in their organization. The study will also analyse how effectively a leader identifies the differences that may arise when implementing change, and how they will address these differences effectively.
Research Questions
* How do you analyse the objectives of the organization and how they are attained, to determine the need to implement change? And how do you design the change process to suit the organization’s objective?
* How do you shape the perception of all the involved stakeholders in regards to embracing the desired change?
