What is one strength your generation brings to the workplace? (My generation is the millennial),
I belong to the millennial generation. One characteristic of this generation is that they possess skills in the application of technology. In effect, they bring these talents to the workplace. In the contemporary workplace, those who have not embraced technology have no place in the 21st century. Cutting-edge technologies are the edge that is making businesses differentiate and survive the global market competition. The millennial group brings this strength to their jobs.

By so doing, one can know what the function of a meeting will be. In essence, where there is no justification for holding a meeting, the meeting manager should cancel it. When a meeting manager communicates the purpose of a meeting, people can make out the agenda. The right group of people is the target, and they get an obligation to sourcing critical information crucial to the meeting. In consequence, fruitful deliber...
