The Relationship between Global Entrepreneurship and Innovation within Organizations
Entrepreneurship, innovation and technology are the main driving components of the development and growth in many global organization. Therefore entrepreneurship and innovation play an important dynamic in growth. Entrepreneurship makes innovation commercial with new products and maintains economic growth; organizations need to motivational activities and incentives to process innovation success for global organizations. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between global entrepreneurship and innovation in organizations.
There are social implications that global entrepreneurs pose to organizations relating to the performance of an organization where the composition of most of the personnel involved in the process of leading innovations are left out to some categories of entrepreneurs, and the assumptions of particular gender become discriminative in the due process (Piva, Rentocchini, & Rossi-Lamastra, 2012, p.340). Many new technologies from the globe are spread to various organizational departments giving a chance to development of new products in the market which would lift the organization’s competitive advantage against other competing companies in the industry. Organizations which practice global entrepreneurship and innovation stand a better chance of minimizing the uncertainties that may occur in the future and act as a pioneer to technological advancements which lead to improved production and profit margins within the competitive markets (Kraus, Ribeiro-Soriano, & Schüssle, 2018, p.15).
