The employees, food or recipes, the premise, and customer service are the major factors that affect the restaurant business. Like any other business, the management goals of the restaurant business include reducing overheads costs, improve customer service, teamwork building and increase market share. Other factors that contribute to this business are the copyright rules and regulations.

Copyright Act provides authors with several rights that include; the right to display, distribute, and perform the work publically, and reproduction rights. The copyright status for content in the newsletter is the major consideration for any restaurant business. The editor is keen on the images or articles included in the newsletter. The content to be published may be original, or existing published content and its source must be known.
