Zara is a globally recognized brand because it has positively implemented information communication and customer relationship management system technologies to promote its products as well as to attain customer loyalty.
The success of Zara's marketing strategy is attributed to its proper use of information communication technology. For instance, the implementation of a "living fashion" plan was aimed at helping the company to reconstruct new product lines (Roll 2019). The development of such a strategy was made possible because information communication technology was applied. Effective handling of information is vital for the success of Zara because it makes the management of operations and employees easier (Khodakarami and Chan 33). Without proper knowledge management, it can be very hard for the company to do away with communication barriers which hinder the effective development of selling strategies.
