Further, as of 2020 the company has operations in 24 countries using its direct network, and 41 additional companies using partner networks, implying that Vodafone is one the largest telecommunications companies in the world. Typical with other corporations, the primary objective of Vodafone is to maximize share shareholder wealth in line with the tenets of the agency theory of management. To that end, the company should select the optimal entry strategy to venture into the Canadian market. Vodafone should use the acquisition method of market entry to venture into the Canadian market.
