In other words, success is achieving desired aims. Success can be measured using different methods and diverse levels of techniques (Vilord 34). In most cases, individuals, as well as organizations, tend to measure success with respect to financial status. Nonetheless, recent statistics show that success is a broad and complex term that does not only entail monetary issues. It is worth noting that success is closely related to financial status, nevertheless, it is not the appropriate measurement tool for determining one’s level of achievement.
