Marriage is the back-born of every society and the source of family. It intends for transformation to adulthood and future parents. Marriage stands for a transition of both the groom and the bride into new found identities however different traditions may be. It is believed if traditions are not honored and respected; it may not go well for the couples and their families.
The role of husband and wife in a family are similar everywhere in the world and the continuity of the family is possible only if individuals stick to their roles as husband and wife.
Finance is a very important aspect of family which if not carefully handled may compromise the continuity of a family. Different traditions explain financial responsibility differently. Being the fundamental head of the family, the man in most families and marriage oversees the expenditures and incomes of the family.
However some scholars have found out that family tradition of entrepreneurship influences the entrepreneur behavior of an individual. Working at family business provides opportunities to gain financial and entrepreneurial skills with the ability of development of new business ideas.
