Cultural Heritage
Cultural heritage is the inheritance of physical artifacts and insubstantial aspects of some people, which has been conserved to benefit the coming generation. This provides acquaintance and expertise that is transmitted from one generation to the other. They are mostly stored in the museum but in special circumstances, they can be left to the community that owns them.
To profit the majority, I support the storage of artifacts at the museum because most possess a universal character, which must be revealed to the people. Some have an educative nature. They help individuals to understand how the evolutionary process has occurred over time, and it assists in coming up with concepts thereby contributing to the existing knowledge. In some cases, tourists who get to touch them may damage certain artifacts easily (Forrest, 179).
