Generative Partnership
The change of times and business structures has led to the birth of generative partnerships. These are the partnerships that take to account the following features: they have considered the welfare of all the partners involved such that they give proper understanding between the partner. Second their processes are interactive such that all the partners participate and are equally participating in the activities of the organization. The third is that all their stakeholders are well averse with the activities of the partnership. At my level, partnership much the community levels that the feelings, opinions, ideas, respect, of all stakeholders, would bear high fruits of success in organizations.
The generative partnerships are supposed to solve the problems that were experienced by the old partnerships. They are more democratic in their operations; hence, they feature all the skills of leadership the innovations and invention without leaving technology out, delivering the best out of people. According to Hurwitz's’ fresh look at the followership is that there should be all-round look at things from the management to the subordinates. If there is no connection between the boss and the employee, then the followership has failed its role. It is a dynamic process whereby everyone has a role to play for the success of the organization.
