Good teaching
Good teaching describes the process of inculcating in individual attributes that facilitate the accomplishment of different objectives in life. It takes several forms in schools with the common mode being learning in a class where a tutor guides the students in comprehension of a given subject. During the process, the teacher who is the disseminator of the knowledge has to collaborate with the learner. The two parties have to exchange ideas using both verbal means and written techniques for the process to qualify as good teaching. As per the suggestion of good teaching on the blackboard, the process has to be transformative to both parties.
Teaching is only good when teachers use the necessary materials in facilitating the process of transforming the thinking of learners. The process is also good when the students questions the various concepts explained by the instructor. Additionally, I believe that both the teacher and the student ought to understand the needs of each party during interaction in the classroom. Goal setting should equally guide the process and at the completion of the process, the student ought to exude positive change in behavior.
