Leadership Experience Activity
Introduction
Leadership is the process of influencing people to surrender a portion of their decision-making power to a particular person. Leadership is vital for the success of various organizations as it enhances the setting of policies to an organization by an individual within the leading position steering the organization. The purpose of this paper is to provide a reflective essay about leadership activities within inequality and mobility in society.
In the case of the hoteling memorial lecture, I concur with the speaker of expressing high standards of leadership qualities. I suggest that the kind of leadership qualities demonstrated by the lectures show a mature and responsible sense of leadership aspect an individual can attain for good leadership in the society. The event reflects the important experience of leadership qualities by showing how the institution has eventually developed and through passing their tributes to the professor Daniel R. Carroll. The lecture shows how America is likely to develop from “rags to riches” and join a league of wealth holders in society. In this case, I support Daniel R. Carroll in describing America as a land of opportunity to anyone regardless of their circumstances. Daniel describes America as a place that can elevate an individual as far as their ingenuity and effort will drive them. I accept that over the past four decades, the idea has been under stiff scrutiny since income and wealth have grown more and more unevenly distributed within the entire America economy.
