1 One of the rationales that are being presented when it comes to bringing on board men with respect to the diversity efforts is about making sure there is a realization at their level to make sure that how the diversity considerations are supposed to work. In case of Mr. Kauffman, the idea is to make sure that progress is being made with respect to making sure that men are not given the charge when it comes to creating that diverse environment for women (Lublin n.p).
