Summary Analysis
There is an increased need of reducing the budget deficit and, at the same time, safeguard key priorities especially in regards to the protection of domestic programs, national security and economic recovery. A bipartisan approach should be adopted in order to foster tax increases and reduce unnecessary spending. The idea is to raise revenue collection of an additional $975 billion in form of newer tax impositions. Through this, it is assumed that the nation will reduce the deficit of the federal budget by $ 1.85 trillion in the next decade. Statistically, this can be achieved by spending on domestic program be lowered by $ 493 billion, another $ 240 billion can be saved from the defense spending and a further 242 billion from lower interest savings. There is also a possibility of saving $ 275 billion that can as well lower the amount of domestic spending through the programs of the federal health care.
In respect to Obama care, it is safe to indicate that the Obama doctrine is Exceptionalism and isolationism in nature. Consequently, the main foreign policy of President Barrack Obama is to end the wars in Afghanistan. Retrospectively, other agenda of the President is to establish peace and stability in Muslim World, fighting global terrorists like Al-Qaeda; this it has made a significant step through the killings of its key leader Osama Bin Laden. The main reason that the President gives in an effort to end the Afghanistan war is the continuous loss of American marines. This, in turn has led to significant loss within the overall American economy as families are left in poverty.

Tax Increases and Spending Cuts
It is important to mention that a challenge lays ahead for all the people in respect to tax increases and spending cuts. There is an increased need of reducing the budget deficit and, at the same time, safeguard key priorities especially in regards to the protection of domestic programs, national security and economic recovery. That is the main rationale behind the advocating of a bipartisan approach that is to be adopted for the good of the nation's economy.
In an effort to increase revenue collection, an additional $975 billion can be raised in form of new tax impositions. This is to be realized over the next decade effected from yearly budgets. It is paramount to note that without the newer taxes, it is impossible to balance-off the budgets. This proposal will see the nation reduce the deficit of the federal budget by $ 1.85 trillion in the next decade. In order to realize this, the new taxes must be supplemented by spending cuts.
It is beneficial that the tax breaks, which only benefit corporations and upper income households, are closed in order to raise the $975 billion as revenue from the new taxes. Therefore, a bipartisan matching approaching of raising $ 975 billion needs to be effectively affected in activities related to spending reductions.
The spending on domestic program can be lowered by $ 493 billion; another $ 240 billion can be saved from the defense spending and a further 242 billion from lower interest savings. There is also a possibility of saving $ 275 billion that can as well lower the amount of domestic spending through the programs of the federal health care.
Obviously, it is important to realize that a bipartisan approach will go a long way to save the economy of the nation. Notably, this can further be achieved by cutting down on spending across the board, which has been taking place within the recent past. This will save $ 85 billion. A $ 100 billion program can be creates in an aim to generate newer jobs by advocating for such activities as repairing the already aged infrastructure.
Consequently, the annual federal deficit can be eliminated in the next 10 years by reducing the amount of spending over that period by $ 4.6 trillion. This is an option that can be agreed upon across the board in order to generate $ 600 billion annually over the next 10 years. This will be derived from the higher tax rates that are imposed on the upper income households. If this approach is agreed across the parties, then there is a possibility to avert increased taxes on all Americans.
Therefore, it should be noted that by assuming a bipartisan approach, the critical priorities of the nation will be safeguarded just like the national security and other critical domestic programs. This long term deficit reduction, which spans over a decade, offers the certainty to both the consumers and the businesses at large. Significantly, where there is a common good that will go a long way in benefiting the entire nation and its people, then it is paramount that all individuals come together and put aside party politics in order to affect the most important duty of service to its people and bring prosperity. Therefore, there is an urge that the proposal, as discussed above, be adopted in a bipartisan approach in order to bring forth prosperity to the nation through economic recovery and safeguarding of other critical domestic programs.
