In the first picture, my attention is drawn to the six bright faces of the college students posing for a selfie. These are friends from campus out for a picnic and they seem to be getting along too well. Their faces are smiley an indication that they are having time together. The six are all struggling to take the perfect pose for the snap as seen in their faces. They all are dressed in fancy casual clothes which are perfectly complemented with their smiles. They are surrounded by bright colors matching up to the mood and the weather. At the far end, one can see some hilly landscapes that seamlessly meet the white sky sheet at the horizon. The weather is calm as symbolized by the clear sky in their background. There are freshly looking trees in the background of the picture indicating rich soil. From their faces, it is evident they are happy but each of them is aware of what their audiences and expect, as each seem to have different expressions on their faces. And the perfect posture for the selfie.
The man at the front left-hand side dressed in a black and grey striped T-shirt with a maroon jacket is A posing while holding the selfie stick to take the selfie for his friends named B and C, D, E, and F. I seem to take interest in him because he shows the brightest face of all and looks aggressively determined to make the day. He completes the bright mood by letting a spark of his white teeth symbolize happiness that seems obvious from other facial expressions. According to him, he likes coming to this spot in his free time to enjoy with friends. Besides the calm evening, he likes to let himself free to see the busy coffee spot in the evening and engage in a chit-chat with friends and strangers. For him, this is not one of the campus picnic but a routine visit at the spot. The coffee spot has several forms of entertainment; swimming, skating, snowboarding, you name it. The man wearing a green teal T-shirt seems to give an averagely stronger face of seriousness, again, showing the difference among the six. He gives a sign of calm again indicating the assertiveness of his personality. The three ladies, are overjoyed and seem to be liking the company a great deal.
