George W. Bush was sworn in as the 43rd president of the United States in the year 2001 ((Duignan Para 1). President Bush served for two terms until 2009 where he handed over power to the incoming President Barak Obama. The first lady of George Bush was Laura Bush, and his Vice President was Richard B. Cheney. Upon resuming office George appointed state officials to serve at various levels which formed the executive team of the white house. The ruling regime of George Bush has marked by challenges in the economic stability of the economy of the U.S the economy deteriorated during his reign. The financial crisis in the U.S that was experienced during the ruling of Bush was marked by a debt of $ 6 trillion (Amadeo Para 1). The main events that contributed to the economic fall include the Great Depression, damaging hurricane and war on terror (Duignan Para 10).
