YOUR-NAME-HERE-Land At The Beginning of The 20th Century
YOUR-NAME-HERE-land is a democratic country between Mexico and the USA. At the beginning of XX century world civilization is gripped by the global economic crisis, which is an inevitable component of the industrial stage of development of Western civilization, which began in the XIX century. YOUR-NAME-HERE-land is also involved in the crisis, but it feels not so significantly compared to some other countries. The rapid development of market relations, technological progress, and the general development of industrial production puts Western society at the forefront of social development in relation to the rest of the world. YOUR-NAME-HERE-land builds strong economic relationships with the USA, Spain and Britain. The consumption market is filled with goods and services that more fully meet the needs of the population.
The development of the industrial type of society causes the formation of totalitarian consciousness, which leads to the strengthening of the role of the state, which becomes the carrier of the national idea instead of the idea of democracy. This role doesn’t involve YOUR-NAME-HERE-land as my country is mostly concentrated on the population’s welfare. The current situation becomes the background for the formation of geo-historical, global in character socio-economic and military-political processes in the world. The era of monopolization of the economies of industrialized countries begins, which is reflected in the growth of totalitarian tendencies and the increase in the militarization of Western societies. In the area of international relations, the struggle between countries and groups of countries for markets and political influence in certain regions is increasing.
