The weight of authority that the state should have concerning gun control is a subject matter extensively debated in the United States. Almost 50 years after the year 1969 Gun Control law, gun control discussion still continues (Doeden, 14). Some people believe in completely illuminating the 2nd amendments, which safeguards people right to possess a gun for the protection, and others trust that the national government should regulate everyone from possessing a weapon and completely depend on the law enforcement agency department and other departments to protect the citizens.
    Intense gun control is not the best idea. Nevertheless, the Supreme Court has governed that even if there is implementation of the 2nd Amendment act, it can only and will be fully administered by Supreme Court (Karr, 9). I don't consider truthful this to be really fair, taking into considering that a number of citizens in the US could actually use the safeguarding that comes from a firearm, but the government has the capability and mandate to keep a gun away from the citizens. Nevertheless, in some instances, it is better for the highest Court to have this capability, seeing that it regulates crazy individuals that would want to harm others from doing that.
THESIS STATEMENT
Moderated gun control rules and regulations would do better for citizens in the United States of America.
    In a court decision on guns is "The United States Constitution and many of the state Constitutions warrant the right to possess firearms, but the judiciary have decided that this right may be much regulated. This decision by the highest Court mainly shows that there are no regulations to what the government can implement to alter and change the second amendment to the best of their knowledge (Doeden, 98). The government can implement all the regulations they want on the right to possess firearms, including guns. Researcher Gary Kleck, a prominent professor of criminology at the University of Florida State asserts that "firearms regulation laws have not minimized crimes.
