RE: The Charles Lowe’s case
Following the trials and evidences given by witnesses from the prosecution and the defense sides concerning the trial of my client Charles Lowe, it is evident that the suspect, Mr. Lowe is innocent and free from any kind of allegations subjected against him. From the information and reports given by the witnesses and the prosecution chamber, it is evident that Mr. Lowe did not know, and still lacks any information about the phony entries and documents about false tax returns within Spencer Appliances. However, Mr. Lowe became aware about this immediately IRS conducted an internal audit on July 10, 1976. Here are the evidences to support the validity of our evidences that renders my client innocent and free from any kind of allegations regarding the tax fraud of any type in any manner.
The witness Spencer claims that in February 1975, he met with Mr. Lowe at the Company’s office with aim of figuring out taxes for the company on an annual meeting. As at that time, the gross income of the company stood at $ 2 million, while the business expenses standing at $ 1,600,000. This left taxable income at $ 400,000 and a tax bite of $ 120,000 for the company. It is evident that Mr. Spencer is the man behind this particular criminal activity that is in question because he asked Mr. Lowe if there could be any possibilities to reduce the taxes of the SA Company. On a clear note, Lowe answered that if such expense and alteration would be made, the expense would be increased while the taxes reduced. This statement gives a reflection of the degree of integrity in Lowe. Mr. Lowe evidently left the premise leaving Spence with Ode who accordingly adjusted the accounts payable book and the company’s daily financial documents. However, the Mr. Lowe was forced to sign the tax return unknowingly as it is the standard procedure for the future development of the company and an order from his senior. In addition, it is evident that Ode made the daily financial books but failed to update and create the accounts payable ledger and phony back backup bills. Fascinatingly, the slip of paper produced by Ode is total and complete evidence that Mr. Charles Lowe did not participate in this kind of allegations. Absence of signature Mr. Lowe’s name and signature proves the innocence of my Client .The information and testimony given by the Mr. Simon of the IRS team about the guilt of Mr. Lowe should be treated with a lot of concern as it is because of impunity and other personal issues between the two.
The government’s charge that Mr. Lowe knew and participated in the tax fraud of the SA Company is undoubtedly not right and such sentiments are considered out of proportion. The information by...
