1 Executive summary
Burger king is one of the largest fast food industries in the whole world. The industry was stated because of the inspiration the founders, J. Kramer and Matthew Burns, got from the massive success of Mc Donald’s industries in California. In 1953, the first ever Burger King Branch was opened in the Florida. Henceforth, the industries has been growing and up to the recent years it has more than 14, 000 stores in over a hundred countries. It has employed more than 300, 000 employees in their different stations and its headquarters are located in Miami, Florida. The organization is owned jointly by Restaurant Brands International, 3G Capital, and Restaurants Brands International Inc.
2 Mission statement
A mission statement should indicate the specific purpose that the company was created for and to who it will serve. It needs to be attractive and short. A good example is; to provide high quality services and produced the best quality of products that is affordable to all our esteem customers all over the world.
3 Vision statement
A vision statement is also very important as it shows the long term goal that the company intends to achieve for the community. Everybody is required to write a short and clear vision statement like elaborated below; to become the best fast food industries in all countries
4 Goals and objectives (SMART)
The company five to ten goals that is achievable within the period of 3-5 years. To ensure this, the SMART strategy is highly recommendable to be able to define each goal clearly. The company aims at achieving several things. It wishes to expand to more than 200 countries and expand its revenue higher to than the current revenue recorded per year. The goals should be arranged in order of priority from the most important to the list important

5 Industry analysis
The industry analysis focuses on the amount of completion that Burger King is facing from other companies. It is almost similar to a SWOT analysis but it mostly focus. It shows the abilities of the company depending on the size but it is in a summary and a short description of the level of completion.
6 SWOTT analysis
The SWOTT analysis makes sure that it analyzes the strongholds and the weaknesses of the internal environment of the business. These are the things that the company can control. It also includes the opportunities and threats which are external to the business environments. These are activities that the business has no power or control over. It is important to note that all SWOTs should either be opportunity or threat, strength or weakness but can never be both at any given time.
* External environment
This is defined as the activities that the organization has no control over but affects its operation on one way or the other. The activities can affect the success or the failure of the company and should therefore be considered. They include;
Level of competition- how had or easy is it for firms to enter the fast food industries. Is there any potential harm due to their entrances? What are their plans, strategies weaknesses and strengths? List some opportunities due to entrance and some threats too that may arise due to this situation. List hem below
The social-economic environment- how large is the population of the target area. What re there culture and beliefs and how can they affect the supply of our products to them. Another example is Analysis of the level of economy level. This will help to determine if the customers are able to afford the price required to acquire goods provided to them. What is the effect of the social cultural environment? Does it post a threat or an opportunity? List them below
Legal and political factors- how do the legal and political status affects the operation and the day to day running of the business. Are there possibilities of future chances in the two factors that will affect the operation of the business? If the legal and the political system will affect the business will it create opportunities or threats? List them below.
