Diversity is one of the elements depicted within societies around the globe. For instance, every year, this aspect has deepened among people in various areas. One of the critical areas that have experienced this difference is the business sector. The essential element that has portrayed diversity within the business sector entails ethnicity, race, gender, age, and physical challenges. For instance, organizations have always ensured a consistent flow of information among its employee with regards to diversity to enhance service delivery. Thus, to fully understand the diversity aspect within the business sector, it is essential to explore how ethnicity, race, gender, age, and physical challenges affect business communication within an organization.
As mentioned earlier, diversity is influenced by various elements within society. The first element is ethnicity, which dictates a state of belonging to a particular social group with similar traditions, language, nation, and religion. Under this element, people who tend to come from the same ethnicity, such as black-American, Latin Americans, and whites, portray the same characteristic at any given time (Ferraro et al. 6). Another element is race, which dictates people engaging in groups based on physical or social qualities distinct from society. The race has been primarily associated with the country of origin of many people within the societies. With this, race can still exist within the ethnic group in the society.
The third aspect is gender, which is a form of identity concerning sexes and social and cultural elements. For instance, the interaction such as clothing and partying of females within Latin American is different from the black and white Americans. The fourth diversity
