Culture represents a set of values, beliefs, attitudes, and behavioral scripts agreed upon by a particular group. They comprise of language, governmental configurations, marriage practices, greeting behaviors, housing structures, the definition of family, and death rituals (Taylor and Thoth 448), which gives a sense of belongingness and identity. It is a way of life (Lebron 126). The fundamental role of culture is to provide a stable and consistent framework or environment whose objective is to enhance the group. The culture at its broadest level represents mainstream tendencies, but in cases where there are smaller segments of the population, there is proficiency for ‘culture within a culture’ (Taylor and Toth 448). For example, in a large urban center, there can be an ethnic neighborhood where heritage culture is maintained, speaking origin's language, traditional foods are available, and other cultural practices are followed. Therefore, culture is complex and operate at different levels.
