Human Behavior
Humans exhibit different characters depending on the situation and the environment where they live. Good behaviors in humans are described with their ability to promote the wellbeing of other people. Some people show altruistic behaviors by considering the welfare of others. On most occasions, humans react to other people's conditions by helping those who are in need. However, not all humans have good characters and empathy to assist people when in need. Good behaviors require a sense of humanity and putting self in the situations of others. Although different factors influence the action of helping people, people should prioritize intrinsic values.
The video ''why do people help'' shows that people can have a sense of humanity. In the video, Mike and John succeed in helping Tina during the bombing of the World Trade Center (WTO) in the 9/11 attack. Both Mike and John showed humanity when they helped Tina, who they never met before, although they all worked in the building. Tina, who was crippled, had only one option: - to die in the attack. However, the two men decided to evict Tina from the building and eventually rescued her.
