As supported by Lebrón (126), this includes traditions, beliefs, values, and practices shared among a particular group of people commonly referred to as a tribe. This essay delves into the idea of culture and the system of social transmission within a society. By examining two common examples of cultural transmission, specifically language acquisition and rites of passage, this essay aims to gain insights into the large scope of cultural background and its effect on individuals and collective identities.
