Since the founding of our company, there have been great improvements through production of quality products and satisfying the needs of the customers. As part of production processes, we have adopted the current technology to ensure continuous and predictable production method and quality. However, it is also important to develop new way of treating the employees to ensure that they have morale at work. It is for this reason that I recommend to you that we adopt an employee wellness program. Specifically, the program will be the “well-being” approach. This approach mainly focuses on the entire well-being of the employees, such as physical fitness matters and issues related to mental and emotional health, social connectedness, job satisfaction, and financial security.
Adoption of the program will offer the employees the chance of staying healthy and preventing more serious situations.
