Dear Ms. Cervantes:
The purpose of writing my letter is to make an inquiry on the services offered and capacity of your resort. My company, software.com is planning for a retreat and we are looking for suitable places where we can hold our conferences for a four-day period. I have checked your website, and I found interesting information that could be beneficial to us. Nonetheless, we wish to have more, accurate information so that we can make informed decisions.
During the four-day event, we would require accommodation that would fit 85 engineers, managers, and marketing staff. From our pre-planned arrangements, we estimated that our company would require close to 80 rooms. In addition, we would require three conference rooms for a period of approximately one and a half days. Our CEO is also interested in hosting a banquet of about 125 people in one of the evenings. During the four-day event, our main interest in the Caesars palace would be entertainment.
I would truly appreciate if you provide information on room rates, conference facilities, and other entertainment options for families. You are also free to provide additional information concerning services of the Caesars Palace that might not have been provided in your website including their respective prices. Our company program dictates that our events can only be possible during April 20-24 or during July 10-14. From the information I have collected so far, I realized that one of the options fall within an off-peak time and I wonder whether we may get good room rates. I would appreciate if I get your reply before December 1.
