Hi I need an essay which will be submitted for job interview which must include answer for 2 different question. it will be 2 pages. 1 page for each question. First question is How would you summarize your pattern of accomplishing your goals, both in your career and personal life? Second Question is How do you manage it when you’re overwhelmed or underperforming? Job title that I am applying for Technical Project Manager, so the answers must be related to that position, my past experience. I did my master′s in database systems, Currently working as an IT support technician, and I am applying for project manager role. So the essay must connect this information. When someone reads it, it should give them a personal feeling about me. It is not like a school project that we have certain facts. But on the other hand it should be perfect grammatically and rich in terms of vocabulary. And it should be plagiarism free.

In my current career am working as an IT support technician. I enjoy managing the implementation of a new software program that we recently developed in our company. It has allowed me to evaluate and refine most processes that were not working for us initially as a company. The ability to cooperate with every department in our office has brought out my skills as a team player.
Having to interact with different people, as a technical project manager, I believe good communication skill is one of the most critical qualities I possess. My communication skills greatly vary depending on different situations. For instance, when solving a conflict, I will always be more direct and assertive. While being in a meeting, I will be more of a facilitator.
This line of career excites me. I choose this path due to my admiration for information technology. As an IT support technician, it has taken my cooperation with colleagues that have assisted me greatly in the growth of my career.
