Injustices have always existed, some authorities treat people as criminals, Prejudice still exists, they violate your needs. Something like that happened in WWII when Nazis tortured the Jews, the difference is that in this case they didn’t killed people.
This movement occurred in the 1950’s in the US and is considered one of the darkest points in US history, the movement was called Mc McCarthyism, created by senator Joseph Mc Carty.
During this movement some people made opportunistic accusations, it all started when Mc Carty denounced a communist conspiracy inside the government, Media had a great influence on this movement, they were making a campaign to create fear on the Russians, they were extremist in that sense because they stated that if you patronize a RED, you’re supporting Marxism, unesco and communism.
