Organization in various disciplines is defined as a group of individual entity joined together with particular rules or aims working towards a shared purpose. The aim and the movement of such entity should be driven by a common fact that looks at attainment of particular result in a positive outcome. Organization is also viewed as an entity comprising of multitude of people such as associations or institutions formed and geared towards a collective goal and such must be linked to an external environment. The business society associations across the world reflect the systems in an organization that has to consider the administration procedures, planning all the enterprise activities and running or managing all the activities performed by the associations. The work is aimed at attaining the profit and joining all the organization’s departments to achieve a positive outcome in the final service delivery.
According to Chambers, Schlenker, and Collisson, (2013), bureaucracies exist in the organizations that people engage in the society. The success of any intended service delivery must be shaped by the common factor of the goal attainment that facilitates the expected outcome in reaching the business desired purpose. In viewing the company objectives and operations, this paper seek to examine the impacts of the company structure in a privately owned clothe manufacturing company to the production rate of the commodity in maintaining the market standards. Company structure serves from the management position to the lowest level at which the company coordinate all the departments to the lowest level of the company performance. The success of any company depends upon the streamlined way of ensuring that the company ensures the organized way of shaping the enterprise product delivery.
Considering the company structure, this paper will disclose the role of both the internal and external stakeholders associated with the organization to attain the positive outcome. Performance of any company depends upon the structure assimilated therefore in case of a dysfunction in any of the brunch, the company losses the track and may fall or drop in the productivity costs. Success in the performance of the company is affected by a litany of factors that either impact on the delivery directly or indirectly by causing conflicts and to an extent distorting the idea sharing channels (De Wit, Greer, & Jehn, 2012).
In the context of an organization, organizational jobs development depends on the system adopted in the departmental dependency. Outlining the everyday jobs of an individual in the company depends on task character, response, work independence as well as the availability of skills variety look towards the harmony of the product delivery. Groups are vital in decision making although the size also determines the speed, validity and precision of the process as outlined by the company policies. Research conducted in groups identifies that most organizations seem to get most performed due to the division of labor and specialization of roles that is adopted and advocated for by the management. The management has a vital role in final outcome as it influences any of the decision the company may pursue.
All the departments are vital and the structure can either prolong the decision making approaches or facilitate the opinions which in return ensure the company achieve the underlain customer demands. The employee inclinations and job stipulations in an assemblage setting have a positive influence since if one employee is not fit for a certain job a member in the group can also substitute him in the job. The performance thus depends on the consolidated resources that are achieved through the human resource management team (Chambers et al., 2013).

Wherever there is a collection of people, diverse minds originate among the group members and this is an inevitable occurrence wherever people live in a place. Every organization has its challenges and study the organizational behavior by scholars identifies many hitches as discussed below: first ideological differences originate from the aspect of varied opinions in the company. Collective ideas result to conflict that has got both the positive and the negative impacts on the company performance (Daim et al., 2012). Considering the roles of conflict in an organization, the research agree that conflict can either lead to better service delivery but in most cases it distorts the company performance resulting to the underperformance of the manufacturing company.
Conflict generates new ideas in a company and this can lead to the management working towards achievement of the intended innovative demands of the organization. Whenever there is a disagreement in an organization, the management together with the employees is forced to come together and address the issues arising leading to the establishment of long-lasting strategies in the organizational management.
Despite the destructive nature of conflict in a company, its occurrence contributes to exploitation of various avenues to get the solutions to the phenomenon. Group structures as the theme of this essay can lead to conflict within and outside the organization impacting the type and nature of the service offered by the company. The role of conflict in an organization definitely occurs whenever there are incompatible demands placed upon the employees that result to tough conditions in compliance to such cases.
The situational experiences within a group are connected to the role of conflict that can either be a long-time occurrence or a short term experience. The company employees demand to reach success result to conflict within various companies as human desires to reach the limit of attaining the personal desires and compete against each other. The individual personality within the working places cannot be evaded as people have to relate between two or more people within the organization.
The discipline of group dynamics in the field of psychology makes out the role of conflict within any group scenery. Members within a group may feel that they particularly responsible for more than one role in the group and these opinions may be disagreeable with each other creating the conflict within the setting. The manufacturing company has all the positions from the management supervisors to the employee working on the casual basis. Declining fertility rate in development is one of the roles played by conflict in groups (Daim et al., 2012). As the company families experience conflict, the individual commitments declines and thus groups are just as the families which may suffer if not well cared for by the management in reducing the tensions.
Strains within the company on the limited time may be a factor in settling the limited roles of employees and the company at large. Fulfilling different roles in the company by various persons within the leadership structure impact on the employee’s perception thus making the guilty mind in some on the decisions opted. Once one has multiple role responsibilities, job or family relationships and duties or demands from education, then it cannot be easy to harmonize the company specifications. Additionally, the errands are wieldy while other times it can be hard to accomplish especially when one is working in a fixed environment in which no provision given to address the employee’s plights. The gender roles within groups is a factor in service provision and for the manufacturing company to serve the society it has to consider all the people as able and include the gender issue in senior most positions.
The research done holds that conflict is harmful for the organization. The view considers conflict as totally negative a phenomenon looked in line with violence and destruction. It is believed to be a dysfunctional outcome of factors like uncoordinated communications, lack of trust among the workers and failure of the management team to respond to desires and the needs of the employees. Conflict causes the loss of productivity and to an extent prevent the managers from dispensing their duties to the organization. All the approaches in the study of organizational duties identify the structures to be vital in either solving or mitigating the group conflict within the society (Daim et al., 2012).
Communication Problems among Group Members
Proponents of human relations at work are communication. The public relation affects how the company gathers the feedback from the market on the service delivery and how well the customer’s demands are met. If there is any point the management should remain alert to attend to is the human communication at work. The blockage of communication has affected various institutions and even the political systems of various nations. The individuals within the organization should be accorded avenues to air their feelings to reduce the brooding of cases that might erupt at later stages resulting to serious havoc (Ali, Ng, & Kulik, 2014). Communication problems among the members of a group can be due many bureaucracies followed and even long chains of procedures before reaching the top most management company team.
Communication network among members and leaders influences who talk to who and how does the group function effectively. Information sharing should be through the network in order to ensure that the needed information reach the right receiver at the right time. Any good communication network ensures that the information is available when needed and that the network system does not become overloaded with irrelevant information as far as the company is concerned (Daim et al., 2012).
